On May 4-5, Ricki-Lee Gerbrandt will be in Lusaka, Zambia at the academic conference at UNESCO's World Press Freedom Day. She will present on the positive obligations on states under the European Convention on Human Rights to protect journalist safety and security from offline and online abuses.
